Rejuvenate your mind & body
Rejuvenate your mind & body
I believe that massage is a restorative and healing practice for both your mind and body. Calming your central nervous system, and reconnecting with your body is vital to your well-being. When we become disconnected from our bodies, we neglect ourselves, often overlooking our own needs. This can lead to stress, tension, and imbalance. Through massage therapy, you can rediscover this essential mind-body connection. By releasing physical tension and quieting the mind, it invites you to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. My approach incorporates traditional Chinese techniques, including TuiNa, Gua Sha, and Acupressure, which I learned at the Academy of Alternative Healing Arts in 2018. In addition to my therapeutic treatments, I offer specialized services for headache tension relief and cupping therapy. Take the first step toward restoring your well-being — book your appointment today!

My therapeutic massage is a mix of targeting issues in your body, and allowing for relaxation. I may use gentle strokes, deep tissue, Gua Sha, acupressure, traction, stretching techniques, and hot or cold therapies during this session. The techniques I use will depend on your comfort level, and my judgement of the best solution.
Turn a 60 minute massage into a 90 minute massage! I recommend this for those who book just once a month, to treat yourself, or because you prefer this length of time.
Book 45 minutes for a quick fix on a specific problem area.
I provide a 45 minute massage for headache relief, jaw pain, or neck pain. This massage focuses in detail on the neck, head, face, and scalp for expert tension relief. It includes Just 31 Herbs essential oil blend, acupressure, gentle stretching or traction, and relaxing massage strokes.
This is a 45 minute cupping therapy treatment. Cupping creates a gentle suction on your skin, which lifts connective tissues. A mix of dynamic and stagnant cupping is used, which means I may glide cups across your skin, or I may leave a cup in a particular area of restriction. There may be discolored marks left at the end of your session because blood flow is returning to the area. This treatment is a good option for restricted muscles that do not respond to traditional massage techniques.
